1. About Chumpay

Chumpay is an e-commerce platform offering clothing and textile products, including T-shirts, shirts, denim, trousers, innerwear, fabrics, and other fashion products.

We may offer products for individual purchases as well as bulk or wholesale orders, subject to the conditions displayed for the relevant products.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing an order.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Update your contact and delivery information when necessary.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and to cancel affected orders where legally permitted. Any payment received for an order that is cancelled will be refunded as required by applicable law.
• Product images are for illustration where indicated; the applicable product description and specifications should be reviewed before ordering.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

• Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
• Orders are subject to product availability, payment verification where applicable, and acceptance by Chumpay.
• An order confirmation or payment notification does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.
• We may contact you to verify order or delivery details.
• We may reject or cancel an order where there is a genuine stock issue, suspected fraud, an incorrect listing, or another valid reason, subject to applicable law.
• If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.

5. Payments

Customers must pay the amount displayed at checkout using the payment methods made available on the Platform.

Where applicable, payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Chumpay does not control the independent systems of those providers.

Customers must not use stolen payment credentials, unauthorised payment methods, or fraudulent transactions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch accepted orders within the applicable processing period. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, transport disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Additional delivery attempts or address corrections may be subject to courier terms and applicable charges.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. Bulk and Wholesale Orders

• Customers should verify size, colour, quantity, and product specifications before confirming an order.
• Production, preparation, and delivery timelines may differ from individual retail orders.

• Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

• Copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission.
• Abuse promotions, discounts, or ordering facilities.

We may take appropriate action against violations in accordance with applicable law.

The Chumpay name, logo, website design, text, product presentation, graphics, and other Platform content may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may browse and use the Platform for personal or authorised purchasing purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of protected content without prior permission is prohibited unless permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, communication, and shipping. Their services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for independent third-party actions beyond our reasonable control, without limiting any responsibility imposed on us by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chumpay will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including temporary technical interruptions or third-party service disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights and remedies.

Such action will be taken subject to applicable law and any rights relating to existing orders or payments.
